Actually, I saw the fan art of her. LOL. However, I do know a few Cyrillic letters and their English pronunciations. But, I can tell already I’m going to like this bear. I can’t wait to see Sarina’s reaction to her.

Yeah it’d be nice if the machine-made stuff wouldn’t friggin’ fall apart so much.
As an example, I went through like three comforters where the nylon threads kept popping apart and exposing the stuffing. Meanwhile, this simple knitted afghan blanket from the 1960s was still trucking along till I accidentally ripped it. The thing was like 40 years old at least by the time it finally ripped.

Светлана or Svetlana, The Sovjet Russian bear if we are to believe her cold war rhetorical way of expressing. Is her last name possibly Stalin or Stalina. Then I understand perfectly Jo’s and Jim’s reaction.
It was not easy for one not speaking russian to find her name. First up on Wikipedia and copy the name in the the Cyrillic alphabet and run it through ImTranslator.

What does Svetlana’s dress look like? I’m guessing it’s a simple dress, made more for utilitarian function over looking pretty. Well, at least for the one she wears now.
