As a former private pilot I was somewhat perplexed by the under 1200 ft comment until I remembered the strip is set in a major city and near a military base so she’d need to stay below controlled airspace.
I’m also guessing that Crypt weighs under 254 lb (the weight limit for FAA Part 103).
only thing i can see going wrong is this horribly backfiring for jim. i mean jo’s father who said no sees those pics “this proves he is unreliable! i said no and instead of going off and thinking of a way to reason with me, he goes and gets a girl to lift her top for a picture!” and i doubt jo’s mom will be as strict but considering she is probably worried sick this could come back to bite jim in the ass and not in a fun way.
Ms. Crypt is the cutest and sexiest thing next to our resident cupcake baking rudderbutt. And Sari’s little mousy girlfriend. And Sari. And the bunny customer/Jo’s playtoy. And, and, and… Who am I kidding they’re all cute and sexy and I’d take any one of them home for keeps!!!

It’s funny but I remember a one-shot comic page where a flying hero gave up on it because of FCC regulations with a cutscene to him covered in high-tech equipment to meet the requirements for a flying object. Transponders, de-icing equipment, etc.
