Hmmm, her face is not as cute and small as before. It’s more… well, closer to that of a hyena. It was better before, not now with the latest strips
Trust me, man, hyena’s look a whole lot different! In any case, I normally draw realistically-styled artwork, so this style here is about as close as I can get to “toony” (without trying to copy Val’s style). Maybe the new style will grow on you; maybe it won’t. In any case, this style at least lends itself better to more expressions than before.
i don’t know, I think Sari looks great. the face may not seem as small due to the realistic style drawing. it evolves as the strip does
Yeah, although the comic is nowhere near Val’s style, it is awesome in its own way. The characters are more defined, the backgrounds are well detailed, and the facial expressions are top notch. Not to say i don’t like Val’s style, cause i love it. All I’m trying to say is the comic is still running and the quality hasn’t dropped out at all. Love this comic, hope it never ends, Thanks Jim for keeping it alive.
If you ask me I think the characters should be more cartoonish, like take some detail away from the fur especially around the breasts and vagina
