I love the expression on Manilas’ face in the fourth pannel. In fact I love the facial expressions in all of them. Keep up the awsomeness Jim.
I say go for it, Manila. Sure, he’s probably just looking for another notch on his belt… but he’s cute, he’s polite and a one-night-stand isn’t such a bad thing. 😉
Again, Jim, I adore how expressive you make the characters faces. Wonderful work!
One thing I have always liked about Jim’s work is that the species are visually distinct. With some artists you can’t tell a cat from a dog from a bear. Not Jim, with him you can ID the species instantly. He’s even given the otter webbed hands, which surprisingly few artists do.

I reckon his pickup line’s a lot better than the one that says her outfit would look better crumpled up on the floor of his bedroom in the morning 😎

Give the boy points for being direct and up-front with his complements. And honestly, Manilla is a very fine female, who doesn’t particularly show her age. She may think she’s not very special, but Anthony certainly sees something special in her.
Love the dialog and the expressions. High marks on how well this is being handled.
