I like her eyes in 2. 2 & 3 look consistent.
Personally, I think Jim should be the one to apologize to Rod. As Rod put it, that’s just how Jim is, but there’s a few cues you should be able to pick up on with your childhood friend- namely, that ‘I just found out the woman I’m in love with JUST found another dude’ and ‘I just found out my sister is a stripper!’ are two situations that do not warrant ‘Go to another strip club’! Poor guy needs a freakin’ hug, not a college gal with daddy issues gyrating in front of him.
