I see Jim actually looks a little nervous in that first panel. Glad it falls away once gets his game face on. And how could she not expect young guys to react to her with a skirt that short?
I bet whoever encouraged her to wear skirts for the classy look dropped a LOT of pencils and asked her to pick them up. X3 Apparently the school has a lot of perverted teachers, too.
