Welp, either Sarina is teasing her Bun or it seems he’s already been down the rabbit hole (so to speak) with Sari.
Guess this answers my theory that he’s still a virgin.
It has pretty clear he was not a virgin a while ago. Goldie made it clear Darin had sex with before he started dating Sarina.

Hmm, wonder what Darrin’s tolerance level is. He’s gotta be reaching his limit with all the touchy feelies. Anything can and will happen on prom night. XD
So, this has been going on awhile, but seems to be getting worse, in that Bunny always seems very uncomfortable with all this attention and like it’s not wanted at all. I actually get a real rapey/harrassment vibe rather than a playful teasing vibe, and I hope it gets resolved soon in a way that either makes clear he does enjoy/want it or that makes the other characters recognize it’s non-consensual and stop.
So lets touch on this a bit. They’re young. Sarina is well , A lot more experienced than Darren. He’s not taking it in a bad way, and she’s definitely not doing it in a harassing sort of way . Darren is the first BOYFRIEND she’s ever had. Likely Sari is the first serious Girlfriend he’s had. Goldie is just a good friend to both of them. Protective as he could ever be. So none of his comments are meant in angst. But it’s really just playful school banter. Believe me, Darren’s not mad, maybe slightly embarrassed . But Sarina will more than make up for that. Not to mention it’s really every only done in the proximity of close friends, or at low breath outside of that. I mean.. yes.. Sari COULD rape him I suppose… But, as she says. You can’t rape the willing… or The extremely horny bunny. You can how ever out last them, and then pick at them a little thanks to species stereo types 😛
I appreciate that, and assumed that’s what was intended. None of the characters really seem problematic to me. It’s mostly just that his facial expressions read “in distress” to me, and we’re not really given much else to go off of, leaving me wondering how he feels about the situation. But embarrassment does fit.
I also appreciate the difficulty of conveying emotions through comics, and want to be clear that I think this whole thing is great. Thank you for addressing my concern.
Right now, I’m betting Darren is really appreciating that extra bit,
